My bf is really shy. He won't even hold my hand in public. We take a lot of pictures together when we go out. One time he was showing me one picture we took together, he put a frame to it and the frame says "Love". Is it consider his indirect way to tell me he loves me? Also if he teases me or tickles me a lot and always put his arm around the passenger seat when we go out. Are these all the signs that he loves me?

You can tell when a man loves you because he takes care of you not just for the moment but for the future.
Mine was injured and almost died and as soon as he could get around again he changed the beneficiary on his life insurance. He said laying in the emergency room he was thinking if he dies I wouldn't get anything.
If you ask it doesn't count he has to want to take care of you.
When he does something like making sure your brakes work on your car you will see he really cares.

Yes. Love. L O V E. lllooovvvee...People get really wierd about it, especially as it almost propels a relationship into a marriage like level (to some) when you are teens. Just smile and understand there is alot of pressure and expectation with that word. Hold his hand and kiss him and tell him he's great. If you feel like telling him you love him, then do it, and don't expect anything back. That is waht love is - generosity, not a tit for tat. Throw it out there, love him, smile, relish your feelings and your honesty about them, and grace him with your love. If he has any balls, he'll man up and reciprocvate if not that day...very soon. Otherwise, get a man who can man up! ;-)

these are definitely signs that he cares about you. as for love, just wait until he's comfortable to come out and say it. he's apparently not comfortable enough yet, if he's shy in public and everything. when your relationship is mature engouh to mention the word "love" out in the open, you'll know it for sure.

it takes time for love to grow, but it seems like you guys are on the right track as long as you dont see any player like symptoms because if you see player symptoms then he is a good player and doesnt care about hurting people.
For the most part it sounds like he is in to you, just give it time and see were it goes, TIME is always the key, remember that.

i think he cares for u. a lot.
but as for love....
my Bf gave me a bear for valentine's day that said "i love u"
but he hasn't said it yet.
i know he cares for me a lot though, but until he says IT, i believe im just winning him over day by day. =]
