where is the best place to be in NYC on halloweens,like i've heard of a really crazy parade that takes place in the city,wheres that at.

The annual Halloween Parade takes place in the Village..Starts on 6th Ave and Spring St.

the parade is the #1 place to be, trust me you never seen anything like it,, better get there early 1 hour before it starts,, they close the streets off about 20 minutes before it starts.

The Greenwich Village Halloween Parade. Get there early, most of the good spots get taken early. If you show up in costume, you could march too.
