I don't know what a vargin is. but if you want to know how to tell if a guy is a virgin. There is no way. It is all up to what his says.

No possible way to tell. If he's a good liar then you may never know. Because even if he's bad at sex. He may still have already had sex but just isnt any good. You just have to read his answers and face and body language to see if he's telling the truth

only girls r virgin. boy is still celebate or not- no way to know. also i feel no need to know about virginity of a girl or celebacy of boy. there r personal. even when u marry, only conduct after marriage is relevant.
