Of course you can turbo it. Although you weren't specific as to if you had the 2.5L or the 3.5L engine. The mods for the 07-up VQ and QR engines aren't out yet, but they will be really soon.

Componet parts to all wheel drive with the CVT are available on Murano Manual trans. Altima Manual does not have the place made onto the front drive differential.( No) to all wheel drive.
Your engine has high compression which really limits the amount of boost. Have you read the section #9 page 2 and 3 it states some pinging or engine detonation is normal during hard acceleration. Imagine how fast you will burn the pistons with BOOST! so (NO) to superchargers or turbocharger
Unless your ready to remove the engine replace the pistons install special thicker head gaskets. While your at it do four special camshafts to get the exhaust flowing to turn those turbos you will also need special exhaust... Then what about emission controls? Basically you should have a 350Z to do all the mods to and a nice stock warrantied Altima to get back and forth to work with.
