Doors are not locked because Jesus put a force field around my property and installed one in my car.

I went by using all that stuff on your question two times, yet i won't be able to locate the creepy or frightening areas. whether each person rather observed and heard what they think of they observed and heard (errors are component of human nature), it nevertheless would not sound all that frightening. a great number of adult men improve facial hair, and it is not frightening. Even that guy from Motorhead isn't all that frightening. a great number of issues can open doorways, yet open doorways are not rather frightening the two. Knocking on partitions, whether it wasn't the neighbours, nevertheless isn't creepy. same element with shadows shifting previous - only no longer very threatening. The growling in the kitchen could have been frightening if there grew to become right into a huge advise canines at the back of your mom, or consistent with threat a wildcat or something, yet via itself a growling noise isn't a huge element the two. All that belongings you stated could have been a dozen different issues. or perhaps no count if that's a ghost on your place, so what? that's for sure no longer likely to harm all people, or it could have a minimum of tried via now. once you're worried a pair of damaging ghost, you haven't any longer something to fret approximately. If the scariest element it could do is knock on the partitions or growl on the dishes, that's exceptionally vulnerable.

Yes I lock both. My faith is strong in God. He will bring me through whatever happens in this life. He provides the locks to keep out evil doers. Locks are a sign of faith that He provides protection.

Having faith and locking your doors have nuthin to do with each other. But I kinda get what ur saying that's like the parable with the man who built his house of sand and the one who built his house of rock. And a storm came... Let me put on your level u know the 3 little pig story kinda like that!!

I have faith in god but i am gonna keep my car and apartment door locked. Pennacostals drink posion to prove they have faith in god. I will be happy to laugh at them but, there is no way in hell your going to catch me doing that. Frankly anyone who wants to play russian roultee because you reliy solely on the faith of god i would encourage you to do so because, chances are the gene pool is better off without you.

My faith is strong, but I am not going to leave locking my doors up to God. Doesn't he/she have enough on their hands? I am not a lazy person and can lock my own doors. Why do I lock my doors? I lock them because I unfortunately do not have as much faith in people as I do God. Even good people can be tempted, and as a mom of 4, why pacify temptation? Hope that answered the questions.

Let's put it this way, if my own Aunts and Uncles (who, by the way, are devout Christians) steal from hotels, restaurants, hospitals, etc., what do you think that tells me about other people? Not to mention that we've got a little family member theif stealing medication from her own Mom... So yeah, my faith has not been as strong as usual, and definitely not going to leave my car or house unlocked where total strangers can easily enter it.

There are at least two scriptures that pertain to this question.

1) Proverbs 22:3 "Shrewd is the one that has seen the calamity and proceeds to conceal himself, but the inexperienced have passed along and must suffer the penalty."

2) Matthew 10:16 "Look! I am sending YOU forth as sheep amidst wolves; therefore prove yourselves cautious as serpents and yet innocent as doves."

Faith shouldn't be confused with stupidity. God never promised to magically shield his followers from every single kind of harm that could come upon them. Spiritually, yes. Physically, no.

Yes I do, Because just like God watches over us (and I truly believe he does) he sent me 5 kids to watch over and I would not risk anything happening to them. who do you think was the creator of the person who invented the locks in the first place? GOD!

No and no...

If some fool is idiot enough to try to get into my house through my seven Chows - good luck getting out again.

If they want my car - good luck getting it started.

Does this have anything to do with my faith or spiritual path? No. Just a reasonable pragmatism.
