Led Zeppelin or Deep Purple. Between those two I'd choose Zeppelin because Jimmy Page changed the face of rock guitar techniques.

Deep Purple. deffo Been a fan since they covered Joe South's Hush. Zeps Stairway is poor in comparison to Child In Time. Ian Gillan - what a voice !! But any stations which play all 3, - Heaven - Take a bow Kerrang & XFM

That is such a hard question... as much as I worship Robert Plant, I'd have to say Deep Purple.
Sometimes I Feel Like Screaming is simply genius.
Plus, Smoke on the Water has the best guitar riff of all time in my opinion!
