No songs come to mind at this very moment, when I have been in that situation, find the saddest movies. Movies that hurt to the core, that will surely help. Start today.
I look at these tear jerky movies just so I can flush my tear ducts too, just for the heck of it.

I accept as true with the different posters. Animals easily experience when we are disillusioned. I really have 3 small dogs and when I cry they assemble round me and lay on me. from time to time they'll also lick my tears, yet i understand it is because animals choose salt contained in the load-loss plan and they'll take it in spite of the indisputable fact that it comes. quicker or later i changed into on the barn an it changed into really warm. I went over to my horse and he began to lick me throughout my face because i changed into sweating lots. variety of gross, yet humorous jointly. He even licked my hair back. i have heard of a cowlick, yet a horselick?? ;0) P.S. i desire issues get more advantageous for you. So satisfied you've Slurpee to keep you organization. and there is not any longer something incorrect with being a comfortable guy. If more advantageous adult adult males might want to cry i imagine there'd be a lot less wars contained in the international.

The song that touches my emotion --- whatever the situation -- Amazing Grace.........it has a bunch of verses to it, every one holds a different meaning. The words of the song touch me where I live - wrap arms around my wounded heart - calm and comfort - and lift my tear-stained face to heaven - giving hope.

You do not have to cry. Some people just do not cry. However, these songs helped me when I was a teen, "Yesterday" "These Boots are made for walking" "My Life" and more. Find songs that will get your mind on you and not the break up. They sure do help. Just let him go and find another fish in the sea. Smile for us.

well what kinds of songs are you looking for? do you want a sappy love one, which you can cry w/ or a shouting song, which can let you get your emotions out ? I'm a die hard rock fan so I go w/ any songs by rise against, 10 years, papa roach...........

sometimes we are disconnected from our feelings and need a little push to get the tears started. the one that did it for me was the Nickleback song??? I love you, I loved you all along you know.

im not gonna give you a song to make you cry, that is a song to bring you up, even if you dont like it
