my bicep workout has kinda gone flat, I need ideas to build a new one so will you give me some suggestions or tell me yours?

try doing some low rep high weight barbell curls etc

Lift heavier weights with less repetitions rather than Lighter weights with more repetitions, that crap only tones. You need the heavy stuff to get buff in no time.....like me.

i hate lifting weights. i do boxing. for girls its a good way to tone up the arms and the back. for guys its a nice way to look yummy :P
