Do you want to be loved and cared about? Do you want someone to pray for you? Do you want to have the choice to find life that is meaningful? You don't have to die this week. Instead your life could find a new hope and a new reason to live.
There is a free call you can make. It's a 24 hr. number with real people on the other end.

1-800-NEWLIFE

I have talked with them. And they helped me.

So, you dial the number. Don't know what to say? -- Just read them your question. It communicates very well.

Hi

Pls see your doctor immediately. You could request ur counsellor to take u there.

Your doctor in turn would refer you to a pyschologist or a psychiatrist.

I believe you need specialist treatment.

There could be many things to be resolved through therapy.

These specialists are non judgemental.

You have hope and there are many helplines where yo could discuss things with real people on the other end of the telephone line. This is always confidential.

Be bold and take the step towards discussing this with your doctor. He / She is the best person.

You could make a difference.
Take care

well first of all, killing yourself should not be an option to solving your problems. yes, times get really hard, but you shouldn't want to end your life because of it. believe me. i've been through some crazy things in my life and i've got through it. you just have to keep telling yourself that things will get better, even if you don't believe it. you just have to hear some positive words and whether you can feel it or not, it's already sinking in. you need to think about what you can look forward to in your life. like, getting married, having kids, seeing new things, going to different places, traveling, experiencing so much. you don't want to miss out what the future has in store for you. no one is worth killing themselves. because when i was younger, i had thought about it. but then i just told myself that i was going to be okay. i had family and friends talk to me all the time about how i was doing. and gradually i got happier and better and i actually wanted to get out of bed. i know you have to have atleast one person who cares for you, whether you say you do or not. talk to them. you'll feel better. good luck =)

you should know that nothing anyone says can help you b/c if you truly want to change it has to be something you want to do. ive delt with depression for half my life and i still cut so i kinda know what your going through. i also know how hard it is to pick yourself up off the floor when you are at your lowest point but you should know that it can be done. you need to live b/c life takes us through rough patches and that could last years but you have to keep walking through the tunnel while looking for the light. i know it sounds stupid but if you find something that you really like to do and that you can escape into, it will really help. find the beauty of life. its waiting there for you to find it. best of luck.

I want to die too....I'm a drunk and a gambling addict. I just lost 1600 dollars. I feel like shooting myself, but I'm not going to because...tomorrow is another day..If you want someone to talk to you can add me to messenger okie294life....I am very upbeat despite the fact that I am afflicted.. I am trying to get better..and I'm sure you should too....: )

Don't kill yourself please. God loves you. Jesus died for your sins and rose again. He has a good plan for your life and suicide is not it. Read the Bible (New Testament first). Pray. Ask the Lord into your life. I did many years ago and He has helped me and blessed me a lot. He can change your life. Pray that He will guide you to a good church. I'll pray for you. John 3:16
