If you are referring to the training manual used in the Jihadi Madrassas in Afghanistan, Pakistan and other countries, those copies which were seized are considered to be classified at this time. If you are wondering about the book which influenced these Salafist Jihadists, it's called "Milestones". The author is Seyyid Qutb who was one of the founders of the Muslim Brotherhood in North Africa.
