Iraq is a messy, dangerous place. Mercenaries have help the US military since the revolutionary war, with great success. In war there is a fine line between a soldier and a merc. We need professionals in the art of war as long as politicians and evil people start them. In many wars you will see men from other countries fighting for a common goal, some for money others for ideals. The US has military advisers all over the world and some would call them mercenaries. Like any occupation, some are good and some are evil, it is the way of things. I am a man looking for police work and am willing to go anywhere to do this, would you call me a mercenary?

We won't.
What we will see instead is all of the professional security companies leaving the country. Then massive casualties of people in the NGOs and humanitarian aid organizations.
How many people are going to die because you condemned Blackwater without even bothering to find out if the charges against them are even true?

Whats the connection between MILITARY and Blackwater??
They are guilty and have been so on more than one occasion, see some of the stuff their operatives have been posting on the net, opening fire on civilian cars was like a sport for these people.

hopefully never! blackwater has taken 0 casualties since OIF has kicked off. blackwater is very important politically, they are not bound by the Geneva Conventions. for them all really is fare in war. at the same breath though, if blackwater personel are ever a POW legally the enemy can do what ever they want. so i commend blackwater for what they do and wish i got paid the same!

hanging? for what? doing there job!....When it comes down too a life and death situation you have too make spit hair decisions especially when your have other countries government officials in the car with you. Yea sure sometimes the out-come of those situations aren't so good, but I would rather see Blacwater succeed at there main job(protecting government officials) then see them come home in bodybags.

hopefully for what they have done. how is it a matter of life and death where you kill 16 Iraqis women and children.this was a retaliation to attacks on them but the women and children didn't do it so why kill them .disgusting pieces of s.h.i.t
have no respect for human life.so hopefully we see them hanging in Iraqi jails for what they have done.(capital punishment is allowed under Iraqi law.)
