It will probably last forever because La Choy isn't real 'brewed' fermented soy sauce! These are the ingredients ::
WATER, SALT, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, CORN SYRUP, CARAMEL COLOR, POTASSIUM SORBATE(PRESERVATIVE)
Does that look like soy sauce that will ever go bad?
This is what real soy sauce or Tamari is made with ::
Soy sauce is a salty brown liquid made from fermented soybeans typically mixed with another type of roasted grain (wheat, barley or rice are common), injected with a special mold and a little salt.

I just looked at my Kikkoman's soy sauce. It has no expiration date. It only says to refrigerate after opening. I know it's at least 3 years old.
I'm sure your's is fine.

Ditch it and buy organic Tamari instead. Its good a deeper flavor, not as salty and NO evil preservatives.

if it's got vinagar in it. that's a preservative & it's been closed up so yeah it's good.
