It sounds like you may have a bit of an anxiety problem as well as hypocondriasis. The best thing I can suggest is to seek assistance from a trained therapist who can diagnose you properly. There are a variety of techniques that can help you overcome these hurdles and although some include medications there also many behavior options as well. Many times these issues arise after a significant change in your life and this may be your way of coping. Help is out there and you are definitely not alone in your struggle.

Hi Chris. You say you have had every test done... so what is your blood level of essential fatty acids (specifically your omega-3 fatty acids)? What is your RBC Magnesium level? These nutrients are often deficient in the Standard American Diet and can cause the symptoms you describe. (Trust me, your docs have not ordered these tests.)

Also, have you been evaluated for a hiatal hernia. This often presents as heart palpitations and 'panic-like' symptoms.

It may be time for you to consult with a specialist in these 'functional' causes of symptoms like yours. You may need to find a good Chiropractor, Naturopathic Physician or Certified Clinical Nutritionist to get these types of testing done.

Something is causing your symptoms. Keep searching for health professionals that will consider ALL possible causes of your symptoms.

Best wishes and good luck.

You need to be seen by your doctor. If s/he can't help you, he can refer you to someone who can. Probably a good therapist who can prescribe something for you and your anxiety issues. Be sure to follow through with all treatments. Good luck my friend

Medication and counseling from a qualified professional should help. Avoid caffeine and stimulants.

You need professional help.

If your psychiatrist commits suicide after your first visit, you really should commit yourself for extensive diagnosis.
