hes had diaheriha for three days on the 2nd day he got sick once at night then he was fine all day running and playing no fever again tonight he was asleep and woke up and got sick again why is this happening he has no snotty nose but could it be because when he lays down his sinuses are draing into his belly cause hes fine all day hell just throw up when he goes to sleep?why?

he does not have a fever and i took him to the docter today they didnt do anykind of tests just gave him meds.

Its like a bug that is going arround. My son who is 4 was going through the same thing. It lasted for about 4 days. He would just get sick at night, he would wake up and have to throw up. But through out the day he was his normal active self. Just be sure to give allot of fluid so he won't get dehydrated. Gatorade is good.

Im sorry but im not sure why you are asking this question here. If he has a fever an or vomiting, than he is at risk for dehydration, you need to get him to a doc or hospital, especially if it has been more than 24 hours.Please take my advice, especially if you are a new mom, because when I had my first child, I blew alot of things off, and it turned out that my son had asthma among several other things. good luck, and I will pray for you

Take him to the doctor. My son always got sick at night when he got an ear infection. He would be throwing up and have a high fever.

3 days is even to long for an adult.
He may have eaten something and got a bacteria.
I don't mean to scare you but my son actually got e-coli from Taco Bell, they said he almost died.
They become extremely dehydrated with diarrhea and this isn't something to 2nd guess on when it's gone on long this along with vomiting.
You might want to take him to the ER. Then I would start asking other mom's where they take their kids to the dr.'s and start looking for a better one.

If he has had diarrhea for 3 days he is in danger of becoming dehydrated. Take your kid to the doctor.

You need to take him to a doctor,who knows your family history,you and his dad's .Then they can see if something he ate may be effecting his digestive system.Or a viral infection is going through your town!

idk but usually when im sick, it's worst right when i wake up, and eases up a little during the day, if he's sick don't have him play during the day(even if he does feel better). still keep him resting until you're sure he is better
