For Example, In production, we take Ist operation production is 25000 pcs, rejection is 1000 pcs, so we get 24000 pcs for second operation, in sec operation if rejection is 2450, after that another two more operations if have rejections. How we calculate the overall percentage of rejections?

total rejection = summation of reject (Ri)/summation of process multiplied by inital qauntity(PiNi)

where R denotes qty re jected in pcs
i denotes process step level
P activity or process
N denotes product in pcs at start
