The release dates for some of the other answers were wrong, here are the correct dates:
Killzone 2 is scheduled to be released March 4, 2008
Haze is coming out December 4th, 2007
Clive Barkers Jericho is out now
I'm haven't heard anything about another Mortal Kombat game.
I read in this months EGM magazine issue that God of War 3 is supposed to be released in late 2008. With the trend of PS3 games getting pushed back so much, I would say that God of War 3 will come out late 2008 or early 2009.
I know that Black 2 is currently in production and a release date hasn't been set yet, but my best guest is late 2008 or sometime in 2009.

Dont' know about black2, Haze is due out in Dec., Killzone 2 is currently slated for March, nothing official on God of War 3 yet, nothing yet on the next Mortal Kombat, Jericho is out now.
