Sleeping on your front is very bad for your back and it it is much better to sleep on your back or your side. The right side is better than your left to avoid pressure on your heart.

Only for pregnant women, infants and invalids. Pregnant women could put too much weight on the baby. Though the actual cause is still unknown, infants who sleep on their stomachs are at a higher risk for SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome). And invalids could find the position makes breathing difficult. A healthy person will wake up and turn over if they become uncomfortable. If you find it comfortable, then it should be fine.
