Sizism. There are a lot of obese people who can't find good jobs, or jobs at all because it is assumed that they are lazy and undisciplined. We also tend to think that they are more likely to have work related injuries causing workers comp expenses to increase as well as health care costs. We also screen people through rigorous physicals to make sure they are in tip top shape. In my particular field I don't see too much racism, but it is alive and ugly as ever.

Don't forget discrimination based on job performance, skill, education or reliability. Not all discrimination is bad.
