All day I've had a bit of sinus headache, and felt a little sick to my stomach. However, around 8 pm I felt hungry so I ate. Now though, I feel sick to my stomach, and I'm burping and I've had some cramps (where you get 'monthly cramps' and then a little higher in my actual stomach area. I've also had some loose stool, not incredibly loose, but it could get that way. And I'm just really really worried cause the last time I remember feeling like this, I was really sick, and I'm incredibly scared of being sick to my stomach. So does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this and make my stomach feel better so I can get some sleep (because I do have an 8 30 math class). And please please please, how can I avoid being sick?

Thanks to everyone who answers my question written during a semi panic attack. I really appreciate it.

By the way, the cramps come and go. For instance a particularly bad one came on and it'd been about 20 minutes since the last one.

you could have a stomach virus. Try clear liquids and something for nausea. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow. Hope you feel better.

Unfortunately you can't avoid being sick. If you already have a virus you can only ride it out. Drink plenty of fluids and get extra rest.

It might sound sick but the best (and I mean the best) thing for an upset stomach is regular Dr Pepper warmed in the microwave. Once warm it doesn't taste like Dr Pepper. It tastes like really sweet tea. I have used this when my kids were litte. I have also used it myself alot lately due to having Crohn's disease and being nauseous all the time. It really works. Just sip it.

Well, it could be that time of the month coming on --- the nausea and loose stool really isn't that unusual for alot of people. Or, you could be getting hit with a flu.
