who says that either one is a sin?

Not really a sin because I breastfed in front of several people. The breasts aren't the sin it's when people get turned on by them that makes it sinful.

to sin means to make a mistake in the eyes of God. If God created humans in his image, why would genitals be sinful?

Well, they are "secondary sexual characteristics," so perhaps to some, those are equivalent to sexual organs/genitals. I don't think it will be too awfully long before being bare-breasted is not considered a big deal. I'm 52, and attitudes have changed HUGELY just in my lifetime.
