According to Wikipedia:
"Hebrews (or Heberites, Eberites, Hebreians "Habiru" or "Habiri"; Hebrew: עברים or עבריים, Standard ʿIvrim, ʿIvriyyim Tiberian ʿIḇrîm, ʿIḇriyyîm; meaning "descendants of biblical Patriarch Eber"), were people who lived in Canaan, an area encompassing Israel, both banks of the Jordan River (The West Bank and Jordan), Sinai, Lebanon, and the coastal portions of Syria. Traditionally they are also known as the ancestors of the Israelites. They are classified as Jewish and believe in the same customs."
We Jews live almost everywhere, but our homeland is Israel:)

Hebrews, Israelites, Jews are all the same people descended from our ancestor, Abraham. We were called these different names throughout history, but we are now today known as Jews.

We live mostly in the USA and Israel, approximately 5 - 6 million of us in each place. We have lesser numbers in other countries around the world.

The Jewish people (I don't think anybody calls us "Hebrews" any more) live in every country in the world, more or less. The greatest populations are in Israel (as you might have guessed) and in the U.S.
