no.. wont help.. they dont care. at all.
tho, it may help with your own personal confidence if you happened to partake in some unarmed combatives. which is unlikely.
edit:

Not really. Training in Japanese martial arts overseas sounds cool on TV, where all your special forces characters are ridiculous works of fiction, but it won't help as much as certain other things.
Learn another language instead, go do some outdoor adventuring, get a job that requires hard work and long hours.

Won't help, and living out of the country that long will effect your security clearance. SF is a little about fitness and a lot about mental. Some ninja karate crap isn't going to matter to anyone. You'd be much better off spending a year learning a language, getting some education, and getting physically ready.

thats friggin weird i didn't even know there was a such thing as ninjutsu i thought it was all legends in modern times like theres no more samurais
I don't know what special forces people do and I don't know what ninjas do so I don't know if training in one would help the other.
In fact you would have to be a special forces ninja to know that and I dont think there are many of them on yahoo answers.

Yes I do. Ninjitsu is one of if not the only martial art that deals with stealth and movement at its core. Mentally it would prepare you for the selection course that little bit more and how to use movement more effectively to conserve energy. You could argue that Ninjitsu was the special forces of feudal Japan. In special forces you do not play for points, but with your life and the life of your comrades. The patience, stealth and skill taught in ninjitsu can only enhance your chances, not hamper them.

you are not special ops. I am tired of your posts and replies. And another thing Mr. Australian Rambo, special operations and special forces aren't the same thing.
