are you using it for body building?
protein helps maintain and repair muscle tissue, but will not cause you to "bulk up." weight training/lifting is what does that (creatine helps).
if you don't replace the protein you've been getting from the whey with another equal protein source, you will probably start losing muscle.
if you want to stay the size you are now, keep your protein intake the same (or a little bit lower) and don't increase your weight training--keep it where it's at now or back off just a bit.

No, that in the time of straightforward terms occurs with creatine (your muscular tissues improve into "deflated" for a at the same time as once you end taking it). The whey protein will merely help you get the quantity of protein which you like in keeping with day for muscle boost or fats loss. it truly works properly as a placed up-work out supplement too, yet you are able to merely consume lean meat to get the comparable quantity of protein (with rice or something in case you elect the carbs). it is merely that it is extra durable for varied human beings to consume foodstuff promptly after a piece out, and eating a protein shake is amazingly undemanding and it digests straight away sufficient.

Ummm, nothing that I'm aware of. Make sure you're getting enough protein from other sources if that was your sole source of protein before.
