Hey iam working in manufacturing company as a asst mang in maintenance and my work experience is one and half years . MY intrest is on VLSI Design, If i move to Vlsi design my work experience will not add if i move to oracle my work experience add and fetch more CTC. Is oracle best or VLSI design best for me

If you want to stay in management and move 'up' the management 'ladder', then learning Oracle would be much preferrable than learning VLSI design.

Learning Oracle would only take a short time, while learning VLSI design could take years, depending on your background. Learning to do VSLI design is almost the equivalent of earning a Masters degree in electrical engineering, while learning Oracle can be done in the time-frame of one semester of college (with courses running simultaneously).

How interested in doing VLSI design are you? Is this interest worth about 2 years of study?
