None. The ones who do only think they are Christian.

Don't give me that 'It doesn't mean that to me' jazz either.

When you meet your Lord, and you tell Him that it didn't mean anything to you, He will ironically tell you that your lame, self-made worship style didn't mean anything to Him either. Ba Bye.

I means nothing to me one way or the other. When my kids were young, we would dress them up and let them take part. Now, if someone shows up at the door we will hand out candy.

I did find it very interesting however reading the comments by "biblegra..." above. She feels qualified to judge me and others that she does not even know. I really wish she would share what qualifications she has received from God in order to do such a thing. I'd love to see her diploma from "God's school of reading hearts as opposed to looking on the outward appearance".

In my church we celebrate Hallowed Evening, otherwise known as the Eve of All Saints, just as Christians have done for centuries. The children dress as their favorite saint, or as angels, bishops, etc. Firemen, policemen, atheletes, doctors, nurses, etc. are also allowed. Ghosts, goblins, vampires, monsters, devils, etc. are not allowed. We begin with a prayer service. Then there are supervised games and activities for the kids, and refreshments, including goodies of various kinds available in each room of the parish school (safe indoor "trick or treating").

Well I knew some hard core christians that had to carve crosses in their pumpkins.....only got candy at church....and dressed as either something cute and funny....or something from the bible....and there was this huge prayer meeting and people got saved and protected from the "evil pagan" holiday.

If you people hate it so much....don't do it...simple as that....don't ruin our "evil" fun and ritual just because you don't agree.
