Could be a function of where I live (South Texas, huge Catholic population), but you can buy a rosary at Wal-mart here...they have a decent selection near the decorative candles (next to the jar candles with pictures of Many and Jesus on them). If you have a large enough Catholic population in your area, it is worth a try.
I was in a Family Christian Store last week...they also had a large selection of Catholic merchandise. A Catholic thrift store would probably also have some for sale (we have one associated with a hospital in the area). If this doesn't work, try the Internet or just ask a priest or nun!

Why don't you make one yourself? You only need some beads and and a thread and an hour of free time. For example, you could make a rosary out of beer caps. Ultimately, it's the thought that counts.

email me your name and address and I will mail you one, or you can get one at http://www.ewtnreligiouscatalog.com/ROSARIES/cid=135/shop.axd/Category or any Catholic book store.
Do an online search for rosary.
Pax et Bonum
David T: I echo what tango said. You are not answering the question, nor do you understand what the Rosary is.

your Church will have plenty. Usually there is a group within the Church that makes them but, if you want a fancy one there are some beautiful ones at www.ewtn.com in the catalog section

Find a Catholic supply store in your area; they'll carry them for sure.
Or, look online. This site carries them:
