What are the differences between the 40 GB and the 80 GB besides the hard drive? Are there any more things I should know about the two models? Will the 60 still be out?

There will be the

80GB PS3- 4 USB ports, multi media card readers, can play most PS1/PS2 games through software emulation, and has an 80GB HDD.

60GB PS3 (if in stock)- 4 USB ports, multi media card readers, can play all PS1/PS2 games, and has a 60GB HDD.

40GB PS3- 2 USB ports, no card readers, can play PS1 games, but cannot play PS2 games, also has a 40GB HDD.

I heard that the 40gb cant play ps2 and ps1 games but I think they were just trying to start a rumor and I'm pretty sure they were wrong. You might want to look it up though...
