A careful reading of Genesis 1 and 2, as indicated above, will give you two rather different creation stories which, however, have been harmonized by a variety of historical rabbinical exegesis. If you're interested in recent thought about this, try "Who Wrote the Bible" by Richard Friedman.

Creation is recorded in the book of Genesis, which as has been said above is the first book of the Pentateuch. Moses was the human author of these five books (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy), also known as Torah, or law, in Hebrew. Through Moses, God revealed Himself to His chosen people, His former works, the history of Israel's family, and Israel's role in His redemptive plan for us.

"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." Genesis 1:1.

Pick up a good bible, the New King James Version is a good one, and read the book of Genesis.

It is in Genesis.
"Creation according to Genesis refers to the creation of the heavens and the earth by the God of Israel as depicted in Genesis, the first book of the Pentateuch (as well as of the Hebrew and Christian Bible). The text spans chapters 1 and 2 of the book of Genesis and was written in the Hebrew language.
The Genesis creation accounts have long been the subject of debate among scholars on several fronts; the most hotly debated issues relate to authorship, textual criticism (specifically, whether there is a single or dual account), and interpretation of the text (in light of scientific analysis of age of the Earth and the theory of evolution)."

I assume you're kidding. If so, good one. If not, see the first book of the Pentateuch (aka Genesis).
