I'm planning to get picture 2 done, its darker with lighter Is it Streaks what is it? chunking? piercing?

Just take the pictures with you. A picture is worth 1000 words.

I like the color of your hair in the pic. I think the base color of the 1st pic would b better for you. You don't look like a blonde to me. But if that's what you want either bring the pics (best results probably) or tell them dirty blonde with dark honey or dark hazel highlights. But you'd be better off bringing the pics.

Honestly, I think that color is too light for you. A darker, rich brown with some nice dark burgundy highlights would look fabulous on you and really show off your gorgeous skin tone.
You are absolutely beautiful, but stick with a darker hair color.

i would just take the picture with you but if you cant then ask for blonde and honey highlights
