Does God know the babies before they are born?

Hosea 9:14-16 (NIV) (the prophet prays to the LORD!!!...) Give them, O LORD— what will you give them? Give them wombs that miscarry and breasts that are dry. (God always answers our prayer no matter how spontaneous, if we ask him “according to his will”!)

Does God know the little children before they are born?

No he dose not, but babies do know who they are because inteligent man is God here on earth and in the spiritual world.
