because they are weak - muscles cant take what you are giving them

I'm guessing that you are new to exercise. They are shaking because they are weak. Work through it. After you've had time to build the muscles and they get stronger you will be able to do crunches without the shaking.

When you do crunches and weight training, you are actually breaking the muscle down.
