A little backdrop: Well I have a noncancerous mole on my shoulder. It's large, brown and very hairy. Anyway, I haven't shaved it in like 2 months and it has about 2 inches of hair on it. That's a record for me I usually shave it each time I shave my face. Anyway, I never let it grow as long as it could. In theory it will reach my elbow. So, I was wondering, should I shave my mole hair?

have it removed by a specialist. Moles are disgusting. are you married? Out of respect for your partner or family you should get rid of it and not ask about shaving the hair on it. i almost puked.
or is it just some Halloween prank ? well you did scare us all all right....

You are not suppossed to shave mole hairs. You are suppossed to pluck them.
PLEASE do. I know this one girl who's mole is above her lip and there is nothing wrong with that BUT it has like three LONNGGG hairs coming out of it. That's just f'n gross!!

EWW..and no these ppl have no clue what ur supposed to do! You are NOT supposed to pluck it...even though it is grossss..u should go to the docter if you want it removed...Trust me...lol...and r u posotive it isnt melenoma? Usually moles rnt that big....is it asametrical? srry we have been studying this stuff in health...
