You could have the same problem I have and be allergic to "xantines"
They are the central nervous system exciters from coffee, black tea and cocoa called caffeine, theophyline and threominbine respectively.
Check if you are consuming more coffee or chocolates or even you could be taking a medication which contains pseudo epinephrine for the flu and if you started taking diet pills which contain citrus auriantium (for synephrine content)or guarana (for caffeine content).
(I hope you didn't started taking met or coke.)
You need to dial up your exact dose and or frequency and let your body slowly adapt to it.
This components do elevate your body core temperature, too!

Your redness will tell if you are heading in the right direction!

Dont worry hun, its probably just your body getting used to all the hormonal changes. When your periods first start they can often be irregular because your body hasnt settled down into a regular pattern yet, some people have their first few periods then wont get another one for a few months. Whilst this may be annoying, it is usually nothing to worry about. If this has been your first missed period then it would mean if you were pregnant you would have become so in the past 4-6 weeks, in which case your stomach wouldnt be getting any bigger by now anyway because the earliest most people start showing is about 3-4 months. As long as you havent been sexually active then you cannot be pregnant so relax. If your period hasnt come within the next week just go and see your doctor just to make sure everythings ok or buy a pregnancy test to reassure yourself. Good Luck x

Okay serious question is it your whole face or just your cheeks? Okay, I can almost guarantee that you have fifth disease. That is just the name of it and it is not a disease. It is a viral infection just like chicken pox. In a couple of days you might notice a rash that will either appear on the hot spots of your body such as your tummy, back, arms and back of your legs. It is contagious, but does not require medication. Just get plenty of rest and drink a lot of fluids. Take a cool bath. Try taking a fever reducer as well. You may start running a high fever. If you are still in school you should probably stay home util this your fever goes away. I hope this helped but still call your doc just to make sure. And dont worry this is nothing to worry about the name of it sounds scary but it is just an infection like a little cold. Hope you feel better soon! Take care!

It could be from the sun exposure, or from the exercise, but if these things haven't really been different recently, then that does not seem likely. You should always wear sunblock when you are out in the sunlight. Everyday. It's not a 'girly girl' thing to do to try to avoid skin cancer. And in 40 or 50 years you MIGHT even be glad you don't have all those wrinkles and sunspots on your skin. If the condition persists consider consulting a doctor even though you don't feel ill.

(Please don't talk about "ten points" in your questions. Just rate the answers as you feel is appropriate.)

how old are you?
Maybe its part of puberty-The part where you start glowing
right after I finish a workout my cheeks are red.
Everybody points it out-They suck
I don't think your sick maybe an icepack would help reduce the redness. If you are that worried go to a free clinic just to get an opinion. Rosecia is a type of acne that just stays red all the time, I have that on my right cheek - I use Lavender body wash to wash my face daily and it reduces my redness
and clears up my skin a bit. But i think its natural glow specially if your young.

Could be an allergy to something. Take some allergy medication, you can get it at your local drugstore for under $4.. See if that helps. What SPF is your sunscreen? Use 45 SPF for sports,. that's the best strength, especially for sports.
If this doesn't help then, go see your doctor or pharmacist.
Good luck.

I think your problem is rosacea because i'm having the same problem. My skin gets so irratated in the sun, direct light & while having spicy foods. Sometimes it's alcohol.Check the problem with a dermatologist. Please don't hesitate cause it can be so annoying. i had skin rashes & itchiness.
I hope it's not rosacea. Good luck! Hope you find a cure & don't stop drinking water. It helps!!!

You may have a condition called rosasha. It is caused when the capillaries become filled with blood. I would see a doctor and get an assessment and he or she will place you on a regiment of prescription creams and medication to take care of it from the inside.

You might have something called Rosacea - which can be aggravated by sunlight and exercise.
But see a dermatologist - nothing against GP's but a derm doc sees 1000's of skin problems and can identify the problem more readily.
