Anorexia is a disease when you cannot control your eating or the lack thereof, and become extremely anxious when you do eat.
In this case, you are just voluntarily starving yourself to death without the disease. You will likely bounce back to healthy eating habits and gain a bunch of body fat because your body goes into starvation and survival mode with less than 1200 calories.

I've heard so many stories of anorexic people that have started just like you: skipping meals, and substituting meals for liquids. Now, ask yourself: Is this my diet because I feel, or think I look not so slim... or I just don't need to eat three meals a day because I don't get hungry at those certain times?
Be careful with your eating habits. You can have three meals a day, and sitll be slim. Have you herad of the Special K Challenge? You can have Special K for breakfast, and lunch... then eat dinner as you normally do.

its all about calories vs calories out.
eating a lot less than your body needs during the day to function is very unhealthy.
if you want to lose fat you only need to create a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
