As the previous contributors said, advanatge, frontline and revolution are good to use.
In a reserach paper, frontline and revolution was trailed. both effectively kiiled fleas and ticks within 48 hours.
There are also antiflea sprays that u can use. Just don't buy an antiflea collar- doesn't work.

I used to work a a vet tech and will tell what the vets there told me. If you miss killing even one flea, you've wasted your time and money because they'll repopulate your house and pet, so do it right the first time. Use Frontline PLUS, not regular. Treat your house too, if your pet comes in at all. Use a spray or fogger that has a "growth inhibitor". It will keep eggs from hatching and larvae from becoming adults, so they don't start the infestation over again. Be sure it gets to all surfaces and hiding areas. Remove cushions and prop at an angle against a wall, flip furniture and bed skirts up. They hide in bedding (yours and pet's), baseboards, carpet, under furniture. Wash your bedding in hot water and spray or wash pet's. Vacuum carpet and dispose of bag outside immediately. If your pet is outside only, spray your yard. Flea collars are a waste of money. When the fleas are gone completely, put your pet on "Program" (oral flea preventative)monthly to prevent a recurrence. Fleas carry diseases and parasites that can infect your pet. Good luck.

Go to Petsmart and see what's there for killing fleas on cats. Maybe some spray (I think they might have an all natural one with orange oil) and then give your cat Frontline.

go to your vet and purchase a flea product. Advantage,Frontline or Revolution are all good products to use. Ask your vet on how to also treat your home and surroundings with possibly a fogger or spray

Get some treatment from a vet, like Frontline, Advantage or Revolution. Unlike pet store treatments, they actually work and are safe to use.
