Hi,
I have a no pull harness for my puppy. Recently she's starting attacking it and attacking me if I try to adjust it, put it on, or take it off. How can I stop her from doing this and just relax? I feel like I should just ignore her biting me when I put it on, because if I stop she'll know that biting will work. Sometimes she lets me put it on, but most of the time she's freaking out about it.

Sounds to me like your puppy is afraid if it. Try putting it infront of your puppy, and let her sniff it, and see that it wont hurt her. Put it on her, after she gets used to seeing it, and leave it on her. Let her see that it's not hurting her.

Try leaving it out in plain view(while you are near by) until she sees that it doesn't do anything and then after maybe a few days try putting it on her.
