okay so i am asking this cuz i have a great bf and he is the best thing that has ever happened to me, i love him more then anuything in this world, i would do anything for him. but see here is my problem i am scared to give my heart to him. and the reason is cuz well everytime i trust a guy with my heart i get hurt BADLY. i just dont know wat to do, i have never felt like this for no guy should i stay with wat my heart is feeling or fight it?

Living in fear is not really living. Taking a chance that you might actually work out is living. You never know love if you don't give it a chance. Both partners have to be willing and actually put 100 percent into the relationship.
You have to have honesty, trust, and communication, or you do not have a real relationship. Praying about it is good too.
Commitment is a scary thing. Not ever loving someone or having the chance to love is horrible. Giving your heart is wonderful thing. Yes, you will always have that chance of getting your heart broken. I have and I have a wonderful boyfriend now. I am willing, but he is also afraid of commitment. He has to sort it out for himself. I can only be there and be my consistent self to and with him.
It is better to love and live life than to never have known what love is and feels like. Be honest and communicate your fears with your boyfriend. He just may have the same fears, but have more faith than you think. God Bless you.

wow. ive had a similar situation. to tell you the truth, you can NEVER be sure. But you have to get to know the guy more. think of him more like a best friend, not as much as a beau. And make sure hes nice and sweet and hes caring.

i am in the same sitch sis...the thing is that if you totally love him than u should give him your heart. i understand though it is hard. It sucks how just one guy can ruin everything for you..but u can't just put ur heart on freeze totally and not give it away. how can u find the right one if you don't let him have your heart. you remember what u told me? u told me that u can't just let one guy ruin everything.....listen 2 that.....we can deal w/ this 2gether tho!!!! its easy for just one guy to ruin everything for you...i am n the same sitch..i love u sis
