you have low self esteem. and the more you lie the more esteem you lose. its a never ending cycle.
the way to stop it? build your esteem. stop lying.
base ur worth on not what you say but what you do.
what do you do? do you help people? do you educate yourself? do you do good deeds?
if you thought yourself more worthy, you would understand that living in a lie is foolish and you are only cheating yourself. teach yourself to know that you are worth more than this.
up to you.

Have you tried a counselor? It sounds like you do too much introspection and would be less confused if you brought this out in the open. In person, not on line. I'm not a professional so I don't know, but it sounds like you need to talk to someone face to face. If not a counselor then a Priest or some other understanding and intelligent person.

Definitely see a councilor or psychologist - you need to talk the whole thing through to get to the bottom of why you started doing this in the first place. Then you can get started on a cure.

Try writing things down in a notebook, and be as real as you can. This should help you to keep your thoughts true. sometimes people make up stories because the real life is bad, and it is a way to be happier. Be sure to get facts and no fancy stuff. Best wishes

how about starting small, like with a journal of honest thoughts or something? Like at the end of each day, write down 5 true things.

I guess u need to visit a psychiatrist so you will be guided in knowing wat u myt be thinking. If you've lied to yourself on everything then perhaps start listing down the lies you made to urself. How can u be sure ur telling the truth wen u say u'v 4gotn not to lie?

Sounds like you need to talk to someone, seek out a psychiatrist or a psychologist. They would probably be your best bet. Good luck!

Take a deep breath...Count to 3...and count off the lies you can think of, and then reassure yourself the truth. That should help!

Some people are really born with it, some are because of their lifestyles. It really helps if you see a professional about that field.
