when a pen ,or something with a simular shape, is pointed about an inch away from the skin (not touching it). The pain is very odd, its sharp and last for a few seconds after i remove the object. Any way care to explain what in the world is going on

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think its in your head. I actually get this really bad when people are close to my back. It feels so strange. Or when People make a tickling motion right over me It actually tickles and I can't stop laughing.

everything has vibration. even pens and sharp objects. some people are very susceptible to minor vibrations. we see it manifest as headaches mostly. we even get symptoms as sever as illness from different vibrations in our environment.

Even love is a symtom of vibration...

It might be that you have an underlying sinus problem that is aggravated by the vibrations in the items coming into range.
