YES.....Blinks On and Off.That's the LaserMax brand and they are JUNK. I refuse to even carry them in my shop as they are a Dealer's nightmare. They will not stay on and I even had one come back that the customer said would not work at all.The minute he set it on the counter it came on..blinked a few times then died.never to work again. It was under warranty so I sent it back to the factory for warranty replacement. 10 weeks later the replacement finally came and it didn't work correctly either....As I stated earlier they are a nightmare.........I would agree with Boker's recommendation to buy a Crimson Trace.Quality and functional.....

Laser Devices, Inc makes an excellent one. Built to military spec’s.

I have had one on a Glock for several years. Toggle switch on and off. Beam stays on. Very rugged and reliable. Never has failed to properly operate. Even in less than desirable weather. Have them on a few other pistols I own as well. .

Although these are not internal. Rather externally mounted under the barrel.

While not inexpensive they are not cost prohibitive when quality is an issue.
I keep mine sighted at 30 yards. Always very accurate. And again-never have had any negative issues.

Just gives some added insurance during low light shooting situations.

Here is their link.

You're better off getting a crimson trace laser sight. I use one on my CZP01, a buddy i shoot with has a Glock 17 with one on it, it works great, and it doesn't have the major problems the lasermax sights do.

I have the GTL-22 on my Glock23. You pay a little more, but it's worth it in terms of quality and precise match to the rails.
