I've done a group interview before, although it was not with Wet Seal, it was with a different store. I was hired for the position, too. Basically, I was myself. My answers to questions were honest. A lot of people try to answer questions with answers they think the interviewer is looking for...do not do this. Just be honest. If you don't have much experience in retail, don't worry (neither did I). In your answers, just choose situations that show that you have customer service experience, that you are a hard worker, and that you are willing to learn and are a fast learner. Try to stand out from the group, but don't be obnoxious or pushy. The interviewer wants to see how well you stand on your own, but you also want to show that you work well in group situations. Be confident, but not too cocky. And by no means should you act shy. The interviewer wants to know that you can interact with customers and your co-workers with ease and that you're not afraid of them.
Good Luck with the interview....I hope you get the job.

haven't done a wet seal group interview but it sounds like a really bad idea--are you sure you want to work for a company that puts prospective employees through such a thing?
