A relatively objective (non-Wiccan) set of articles on what Wiccans do and believe:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
Another useful article:
http://www.religionfacts.com/neopaganism/paths/wicca.htm
A good site by Wiccans:
http://wicca.timerift.net
An explanation of the religion by a Wiccan:
http://www.uri.org/Wicca_Portrait.html
And the US Army Chaplains Handbook excerpt on Wicca:

If you're looking to do some reading, I'd recommend "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, and "The Triumph of the Moon" by Ronald Hutton. I advise you to stay away from anything by Silver Ravenwolf, for reasons outlined in the following essay:

You've already had lots of good answers about where to find more info on Wicca.
As for Pagans well the term is a blanket term that covers all religions except Judaism,Christianity and Islam. So Wiccans are Pagans but not all Pagans are Wiccan. There are literally thousands of other Pagan religions. Are you interested in any in particular.

Paganism is a group of several religions, including Wicca.
Wicca is a fairly new (60 years old) religion. Most Wiccans agree that the following are for the most part fundamental beliefs of Wiccans:
-polytheistic or pantheistic view of multiple male and female deities
-belief in the rede and law of three (basically: "don't be stupid and hurt things if you can help it")
and some other stuff I'm too lazy to go into.
If you want a site, wicca.timerift.net is good.

Wiccans honor the power and rhythm of the earth and momentum of the seasons. Fertility and creation are revered and maybe represented in the form of a "mother," or goddess.
As far a magick is concerned, I don't know.
My grandmother was a medicine woman, but died before I was born, so I could not ask her about any of this stuff.
