Depends which part of Australia you have in mind - it's a big place! My favourite place for Al Fresco dining is Sunshine Beach Surf club on the Sunshine Coast along with Bistro Sea, Hastings Street Noosa - both have lovely views of the beach and Ocean

Do you have any idea how big Australia is?
There are thousands or great Al Fresco dining locations - perhaps you could focus on a city?

You name a location anywhere in Australia and you'll find great al fresco dining there. Mind you, you might have to take a picnic if it is a really out-of-the-way place.

Any of the restaurants and cafes between Circular Quay and the Opera House in Sydney have the MOST spectacular views - day or night.

You need to give a little more detail in your question.
Where in Australia are you wanting to eat out?
