Apparently not. According to the Christian's Bible it's the children who bear the punishment for the sins of the ancestors. Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit and it is WE who get the punishment.

No he isnt. He has given us the choice to act how we want whether good or bad. And alot of people say that God forces us because if we dont serve him then we must go to hell. That is your choice .... Its like having a small child , if they act up alot then it can reflect on the parents but if we are grown then it cannot be reflected on the parents same as God . If we act stupid it isn't his fault.

Of course not. If He were, why would anyone bother trying to be good? It wouldn't be your fault and you would have no accountability for your own actions if God were responsible for all of them.

No. God is just there to carry you if you ask for help.

For instance, my parents are here to raise me and teach me right from wrong, but they aren't the people that get me sent to jail or get me to be a millionaire.

I do that on my own, they raised me to the best of their advantage and it's up to me to keep it or throw it away.

Man has free will.

But many people will say that free will vs God's will.
God's will is what will happen regardless what you do.
It's fate, whether it be rightful in God's eye's or not.

Free will refers to people and our penchant for choosing to sin rather than live the ways that God and Christ have told us to.

No personal responsibility is still in the justice system and believing in god doesn't get anyone off the hook there either .

God gave you a life to live
Go live it the way you want
if it proves disapointing
then may I suggest some good reading material?

I would be so happy if people took responsibility for their own actions.

Heck, no. The devil made me do it.

>>>>>>That's a joke, folks<<<<<<<<
I'm gonna catch it from both sides for that one.

No, God gave us free will and we alone are responsible for our actions.

I know many will say that he gives us free will, but I hear the same people use the term god's will. I do not see how we can have both.

Assuming an omnipotent god, he had to have know what he was to create would bring great misery and suffering.

No more than you are responsible for the actions of your children once they enter adult hood.
