More people will rebuild and they would say
well i was going to remodel my home anyway
(although some will move to another part of Los Angeles)
(this what some friends did when they lost their home
in the Old Malibu fire (93?)

Well I am sure there will be some people that will leave the state. After the Earthquake there were a lot of people that left. Many were looking for an excuse to leave.

A few people always DO... -But they're usually quickly replaced by the people who will get killed off in the next Earthquake, mudslide- whatever... ! That's just the way California IS... :)
