But she said I would be doing evreything becuase she is going to sit around and do homework. But she said that she gets paid and not me. Does that sound fair?

Not exactly fair. Tell her if you she wants you to go and help then you should get 1/2 of the pay. I understand that she may have homework to do but you do not do homework when you are at a job which babysitting is. If you wants to babysit, then that is all she should be doing and you can help her babysit. But by you babysitting and her doing her homework is her not doing her job but you are doing it for her.

No that isnt fair at all.
Tell her if she needs help then she can find some other slave, As your time is worth more to you , than to just wait on directions to do somebody else's duties. You will have to take care of kids at sometime in your life, Even if it's not your own when you grow up. But you dont have to do it at all, unless it's you that is being asked by the parents to do the sitting for them.
This just shows how irresponsible she is acting, by taking a job she doesnt really want to do.
If you're going to do the work then tell the parents of the kids what they need done, and that you'll be the one doing it for them, and see what they say to that.
let your sister know that just because your younger doesnt make you dumb. you know a trick or a con when you see one.
She cant have home work that would take 12 hours to do.. So she isnt giving you the truth, and isnt being a good example for you and others around her.
Stand you ground and say NO!!

NO -- that is not fair. If your sister has too much homework to be doing the job she was hired to do, well, THAT is her problem, not yours.

Say no, and if she complains, just say "Sounds like a personal problem to me!" She was hired to do the job -- not you. And if she turns the job down, offer your services, for the FULL AMOUNT. Thank you very much!

Tell your sister that if she does not give you half then it is no deal. On the other hand , if you just want to help out a situation then you would not need to be paid. You may also ask her why she refuses to pay. It could be that she has something really important saving up for.

All the best

That's not fair at all. There is a great old country song you shoud sing to her "Take This Job and Shove It."

That isn't fair.... tell her if she doesn't do anything and just sits there then you get all the money. Do your parents know she's planning on doing that to you? TELL THEM haha

Tell your sister she is on her own. Sounds to me like she is lazy and just wants you to do the work while she reeps the benefits.

Tell her no deal, your not that dumb.

No, that doesn't sound fair at all. She needs to give you half of what she makes at least.
