As I stated before, I received a traffice ticket and have had to get two payment extensions already....I have paid on the ticket and I do have some money to pay on the ticket tomorrow, however I still do not have the ENTIRE amount due. Will have it by the end of the week...Will I be in trouble in court with the judge tomorrow?

I agree that you seem to be trying, at least.
Take what cash you have, and ask for "pay through" probation. You would then, if granted, be on reporting probation until the fine is paid in full.
I think you're in pretty good shape.
Way to man up, dude.

The few times I have been to traffic court, I had to pay the fine + court cost by the end of the business day. They would let you go to the bank or an ATM machine and bring back the money. They don't accept checks or credit cards----unless that has changed in the past few years.

Just be sure to show up tomorrow.. Tell the judge what you said here..Bring some money and offer it to show good faith.. I'm feel sure you'll be allowed to ante up the rest by the end of the week.. Judges can be understanding..But they like to see and effort is made.. Good Luck

Show up with some cash, $5, $10, $20...something and be willing to pay on the spot to show the judge you aren't just screwing him around.

It really depends on the judge, some are understanding, some aren't. Explain your situation and ask for mercy.

EXPLAIN WHAT YOU DID, AS YOU JUST DID TO US, TO THE JUDGE.

JUDGES KNOW WE ALL ARE POOR. IF YOU SHOW UP YOU ARE 1/2 WAY THERE.

ASK FOR TIME TO PAY OR SAY ALL I HAVE NOW. JUDGES DECISION TO LOWER, DISMISS, PAY ON INSTALLMENT AS PROMISED ETC.

JUDGES RENDER DECISIONS. IT IS THEIR BALL PARK, THEY KNOW IT AND IF YOU WORK WITH THEY THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU. GOOD LUCK.
