I remember answering this same question from you not long ago. How is it you lived here 27 years and didn't get on a path of citizenship. Anyone who is here illegally and comes in contact with the system is subject to deportation. The only thing you can do now is hire an immigration attorney,

The only thing I can tell you is that if you come to the US and you enjoy living in the US, you also have to abide by US laws. Since you aren't a citizen of the US (why in 27 years did it never occur to you to become a naturalized citizen if you loved the country so much), you aren't protected in the same way you would be as a citizen.

It really irks those of us who are citizens when people immigrate to the US, decide that it's ok not to abide by all our laws, pick and choose as they seem to want to, then whine when they have to suffer the consequences of ignoring those same laws. Sorry you're losing your children over this, but perhaps you should have thought some of your actions through before committing them, eh?

Ask a family member who is in the US to hire a good, reputable attorney to handle this issue for you. There are a few options, including a child sponsoring you for a greencard and having a court expunge your record. Do not attempt to do anything yourself, and DO NOT sign anything from the government without having an attorney look it over.

You are a Felon according to the laws of the USA by your own admissions.

You voluntarily signed.

Send Allah your complaint.

Take your family with you.

If you had been in an Iran, you'd at least have lost a hand...or had your neck stretched and broken depending on your local Mullahs.

Consider yourself lucky.

Let me get this straight:

**You were in this country illegally?
**You had enough of a bad driving record to get a suspended license?
**You were on probation and you didn't see your probation officer?
**You spent 6 months in jail?
**You were caught for driving without a license and for illegal possession of a controlled substance?

And you think being deported is wrong? And you want to file a complaint???!!! You gotta be kidding me.

Please file complaint in form below. Write legibly.

Let's see, hmmmm, poss of cds, driving on suspension, and failure to report to your probation officer. How does one forget that they are on probation? Question is have you learned anything from your experience?

You can complain to the Immigration Service in your local embassy. I would suggest you don't waste your time however.
