Again, I asked this question unskillfully; I'm thinking of mindfulness, mindlessness, mind over matter, any number of mind-related possibilities. I think I expect too much of the forum voyagers; too many flip answers. Guess I'm looking for a real arena for sharing information--learning and teaching. I love humor and word play, but I come to Religion and Spirituality for personal growth. Tucking a humorous comment into a serious answer lightens and lifts...and I'm all for that. However, I'd appreciate something to really sink my intellectual teeth into. Love to hear from those who are "further along" than I. Blessings to All...I am very Sirius (with a giggle now and thenL)

Punch, bless you. I did go to the National Spelling Bee long, long, long ago. I must be losing my ability. Thanks for weighing in. Hugs

CosmicCoyote (worried about spelling here; Punch, help me out)--you are wondrous. Egg-zactly! Ego: therefore i am. Bindings on books are necessary, but, as you point out, binding otherwise fools and diverts. Care for another cup of tea? sip....

Although thoughts are part of enlightenment, when they are mistaken for myself they bind.

My Moon, My Man keeps floating around my mind, fun song. There are a couple of essays that are competing for my attention. I want to write something, but need to be working. Work is buzzing around in there like a pesky fly. I keep coming back to my gal. She has these deep green eyes. It is an avalanche.

Honestly? That after being on this site I think I can finally understand why people hate Christians so much (and that is hard to say because I am one).

Well - nothing is on my mind. It would be too heavy for me to carry, so I throw it away.
