HP has several current LCD TVs such as LC4276N and LC3272N. Who manufactures (OEM's) these sets for HP?

They probably use components from different manufacturers.
What difference does it make to you? They have a solid reputation for good products.

Probably Samscum. Most off brands use trash from Samsung.
